Good knowledge of maths, physics and technical crafts, at least a lower secondary certificate and ideally an intermediate school leaving certificate are expected, along with structured work and good manners; strong German language skills in speech and writing are desirable. A car driving licence is an advantage. The main focus is installing ventilation and air-conditioning systems; further areas include duct fabrication in the company's own workshop and occasional maintenance and service work. Initial experience and a class B driving licence are desired; licenses for aerial work platforms, trailers or forklifts are an advantage.
